Keeping young people safe online
With the rise of digital platforms, young people are exposed to various online influences, some of which can be harmful.
The Netflix drama Adolescence has highlighted the dangers of radical online subcultures and hidden messages in social media. As parents, carers, and educators, it’s vital to stay informed and have open conversations about online safety.

Remote Education
Attendance at school is our preferred and expected form of education, as we recognise the significant benefits of in-person learning for our Pupils’ education, wellbeing and personal development. Remote education is not currently used as part of our routine provision.
However, in exceptional circumstances where a pupil is unable to attend school, or where access to the school site is restricted, remote education may be provided as a short-term measure. Any remote provision will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the Pupil’s individual needs, including any SEND or Safeguarding requirements, and will be designed to support continued learning while maintaining a focus on a return to in-person education as soon as possible.
A more detailed Remote Education Plan is available on request.
