A quick message to thank all the Phoenix team members for their hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.
In 2019 our highlights and achievements have included Ofsted judging three of our Children’s homes as OUTSTANDING, successfully launching; our new Acorn school, a crisis and assessment centre, 16+ semi-independence services, relocating our Head Office, opening our new training centre and further shaping our therapies team. Our best practice is now showcased by Ofsted.
2020 will see us grow and develop further with new innovative services and further development and support of the skills and capabilities of our teams.
I would like to thank all those team members who will be working over the Christmas and New Year period, on our visits across services it is evident that every one of you have worked so hard to ensure that the people we support will have an amazing time.
Thank-you once again and thank-you on behalf of those we support. You make a positive difference that lasts a lifetime.
